It comes with 3 different weights plates– 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.5kg for you to pick a comfortable weight lifting. The bar is strong and rigid, with non-slip handles for a firm grip. The intelligent hook-and-pull system of the barbell jack makes loading, unloading and plate changes effortless. The bench press bar and weights set also come with end fixings to keep the weights securely on the bar.
