It uses an aluminium frame, and can be adjusted to nine different heights for you to position it to a level most comfortable. The head section can also be lifted to ten different positions, with a padded headrest to keep your neck and head comfortable, whilst allowing you to breathe if positioned face down. Its foldable design is easy to set up, and comes with a side handle to carry it easily.
