For jobs around the home and garden, this floor gives reliable sealing performance in changing weather conditions. It can be cut to the required length and installed using standard household tools. Suitable for a variety of residential applications, it helps create a dependable barrier between the garage door and floor while adapting to different installation needs.
Made from EPDM rubber, the seal combines softness, flexibility, and resilience. The rubber construction compresses easily under pressure and rebounds after use, helping maintain reliable contact with the floor over time. Designed for outdoor environments, the seal withstands rain, sunlight, and seasonal temperature changes. The hard-wearing EPDM rubber helps maintain its shape and performance through everyday weather exposure.

In addition to your statutory rights, London Point Ltd offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

- Include all accessories, manuals, labels and included components.

Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For most products purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you must return the goods within the following 14 days.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace your statutory cancellation rights.

- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
- Other products that are legally exempt from cancellation rights.
These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Some furniture and other large products cannot normally be returned through standard postal services. Where collection is required, we will explain the available collection arrangements and applicable direct return cost before the collection is confirmed.

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to availability.
Please contact us before returning the original product. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue an eligible refund.
