All returns are processed by post. Because we ship directly from authorized manufacturer distribution hubs to offer the best pricing, your item will be returned directly to the authorized brand warehouse closest to your location. Once you contact us, our team will provide your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the specific authorized manufacturer warehouse routing address within 48 hours.
Please note: Our corporate registration office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX is for administrative purposes only; physical product returns cannot be accepted at this desk and must be sent to the designated manufacturer warehouse route provided by support.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team before returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Where a refund is due, we aim to process it within 5 days of receiving the returned item or confirming that you are entitled to a refund, as applicable.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind or other non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
A free return label is not included for change-of-mind or other non-defective returns. If we provide a return label for this type of return, any applicable cost will be explained before you send the item back.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, London Point Ltd will arrange the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights.
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Original Delivery Charges
Where required by law, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount may be refunded.
