We deliver to most UK mainland addresses.
Remote areas, offshore locations, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles may require additional delivery charges, longer delivery times, or may not be available for some large or bulky items. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown below. These are estimates and may vary depending on supplier stock, courier capacity, delivery location, and the size of the item.
- Standard small items: usually 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- Large or bulky items: usually 5–10 working days from dispatch.
- Replacement parts: usually 14–21 working days, depending on stock and supplier availability.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm UK time. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
If an item is unavailable, delayed, or cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Large and Bulky Item Delivery
Large or bulky items may require specialist courier delivery. Deliveries are normally made to the ground floor only unless agreed before dispatch.
Please make sure that access is safe and suitable for delivery, including doorways, hallways, lifts, stairs, parking, and any restrictions that may affect the courier. Failed delivery due to unsuitable access or incorrect address information may result in additional charges.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We may not be able to change the delivery address after the order has been processed or dispatched.

Missed Deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a safe place or neighbour where permitted, or ask you to arrange a new delivery slot.
Additional courier charges may apply for missed deliveries, refused deliveries, or failed collections where the customer is responsible for the issue.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or with signs of transit damage, contact us as soon as possible at sales@londonpoint.co.uk.
Where possible, please report visible delivery damage within 48 hours and include photos or videos of the product, packaging, and delivery label. This helps us investigate with the courier quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delays
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, but delays can occur due to courier issues, supplier delays, weather, busy periods, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.
If your order is delayed, we will try to keep you updated. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, alternative item, cancellation, or refund.

Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exemption applies.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods to us within 14 days. Items should be unused, complete, in their original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition.

30-Day Returns
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, complete, in its original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition.
Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the correct return process and return address, or arrange a collection where applicable.
Return Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we agree otherwise.
If London Point arranges the return collection for a non-faulty item, the following estimated collection fees may apply:
- Small items: £10–£30
- Large or bulky items: £30–£75
The exact collection fee depends on the item size, weight, delivery location, and courier cost. We will confirm any applicable return collection fee before arranging the collection.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will not charge you for the return where the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 3–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. In any event, eligible refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that the goods have been returned.
If you paid a standard delivery charge at checkout, this may be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery services or upgraded delivery options may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@londonpoint.co.uk.

Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
Some items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. These may include:
- Personalised, made-to-order, or bespoke items.
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons, such as mattresses, bedding, pillows, and close-contact items, once unsealed or used.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
How to Return an Item

- We will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide return instructions.
- For damaged or faulty items, we may ask for photos or videos before confirming the next step.
- Once the return is approved, you must return the item using the instructions provided, or we may arrange a courier collection where applicable.
Please do not send goods back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or replacement.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging where possible. Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
