All returns are processed by post. Because we ship directly from authorized manufacturer distribution hubs to offer the best pricing, your item will be returned directly to the authorized brand warehouse closest to your location. Once you contact us, our team will provide your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the specific authorized manufacturer warehouse routing address within 48 hours.
Please note: Our corporate registration office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX is for administrative purposes only; physical product returns cannot be accepted at this desk and must be sent to the designated manufacturer warehouse route provided by support.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team before returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original Delivery Charges
