The fabric shell is water-resistant up to 3000mm - great for mild to heavier weather conditions in spring and summer. With zipped doors for easy access and three mesh windows to bring fresh air inside, set comes with 16x ground stakes, 18x guy ropes, 2x support poles and carry bag.

- Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & refunds (summary)
- 30-day returns for most items if unused, in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 working days of inspection.
- Change-of-mind return collection fees (if London Point arranges collection): Small £10 / Medium £30 / Large £75.
- Faulty or damaged items: report within 48 hours - returns, repairs or replacements are free of charge.
- Some items are non-returnable unless faulty (bespoke, personalised, opened mattresses, clearance items).
