For making the most of the garden all season, this garden sofa comes with a slatted design. Solid douglas wood is a very hard-wearing wood that works well for outdoors. Douglas wood is also strong enough to work with minimum care, even under the influence of the weather.
The backrest and the cushions make the garden sofa chair more comfortable to sit on. The slatted design of the outdoor sofa effectively prevents water from pooling, ensuring that the seat remains dry and free from potential rot. A slatted seat lets rainwater drain away, so it dries quickly after a shower.

In addition to your statutory rights, London Point Ltd offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

- Include all accessories, manuals, labels and included components.

Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For most products purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you must return the goods within the following 14 days.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace your statutory cancellation rights.

The right to cancel or return a product because you have changed your mind may not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
- Other products that are legally exempt from cancellation rights.
These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Please provide:
- Your order number.
- The name of the affected product.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Photographs or videos showing the issue, where reasonably required.

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to availability.
Please contact us before returning the original product. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue an eligible refund.
