Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exemption applies.
You do not need to give a reason for cancelling, although we may ask for feedback to help improve our service.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us at sales@londonpoint.co.uk with:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- Your delivery address.
- The item or items you want to cancel or return.
You can also use the cancellation form template below, but you do not have to use this exact form.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you ask to cancel before your order has been dispatched, we will try to stop the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to follow our returns process after delivery.
Cancellation After Delivery
If the goods have already been delivered, you must tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You should then return the goods within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.
Returned goods should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging where possible. Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Return Costs After Cancellation
For change-of-mind cancellations after delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
If London Point arranges the return collection for a non-faulty item, collection fees may apply. We will confirm the fee before arranging the collection.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be cancelled or returned for change-of-mind reasons once supplied, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. These may include personalised, made-to-order, bespoke, sealed hygiene, assembled, installed, used, altered, or damaged items.
Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where goods are being returned, eligible refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that the goods have been returned.
